Website and local sample policies.

Paid subscriptions are not open. The sample does not extract your selected document or create a paid account. Company and operational service details must be confirmed before purchases open.

The commercial purchase window, cancellation process, billing corrections, and statutory consumer remedies.

01Current availability and scope

This policy explains commercial refunds and preserves mandatory consumer remedies. The local sample is free to explore and creates no paid subscription or refund entitlement. Paid purchases remain disabled until the operator, service delivery, monitored support and live checkout are verified.

For a paid subscription, read this policy with the Terms and the final checkout information. Refunds and subscription cancellation are different requests. A static success or cancellation URL is not proof that a payment occurred, that a refund was issued or that future billing was stopped.

02Initial-purchase commercial refund window

For an initial paid purchase, you may request a commercial refund within 14 days of purchase if no more than 10 processing credits have been used. One successfully processed page or image is one credit. Failed extraction jobs and local sample exports do not consume paid credits.

This optional commercial window does not reduce statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for non-delivery or defective service, or correction of unauthorized, incorrect or duplicate charges. The 10-credit limit is not applied automatically to those statutory or billing-correction cases.

Outside those exceptions, ordinary renewal charges, substantial usage beyond the 10-credit commercial threshold and change-of-mind requests after the initial 14-day commercial window are not covered by that optional initial-purchase policy. A different right under applicable law still takes precedence. We do not promise refunds for a future feature that was expressly not included in the purchase.

03Incorrect or duplicate charges

A substantiated duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or charge for a purchase that was not authorized should be investigated separately from the limited-use window. Keep the processor’s receipt and transaction reference. A billing mistake must not be dismissed solely because a credit threshold has been exceeded.

If you suspect fraud or an unfamiliar transaction, contact your payment provider promptly through its verified channels. The operator’s investigation does not replace your provider’s protections or required dispute deadlines. Do not disclose a full card number, card security code, password, or banking login to request help.

04Non-delivery and defective service

If a paid service is not supplied as agreed, materially differs from its description, or has a defect covered by applicable law, the available remedy may include correction, a price reduction, cancellation, or a refund. The appropriate remedy depends on the facts and governing consumer protections.

An unclear source image alone does not establish a service defect, but advertising and the accepted service description still matter. Document quality and the requirement for human review should be explained before purchase. Unavailable roadmap features must not be sold as currently included benefits. This policy does not exclude remedies for misleading descriptions.

05Subscription cancellation and renewal

Cancel future renewal through the linked billing portal or monitored support before the next billing date. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation itself does not refund the current period, and a refund request does not by itself cancel future renewals; tell support if you want both.

Unused time, upgrades, downgrades and any proration are handled under the terms accepted at purchase and mandatory consumer law. Yearly subscriptions are billed as the disclosed total yearly price. No undisclosed early-termination or cancellation fee is imposed.

06Consumer withdrawal and early performance

Where UK or EU consumer law applies, an online service contract normally carries a 14-day withdrawal period from the day the contract is concluded. You can give an unequivocal withdrawal notice through the monitored contact form or published support email. This statutory right is separate from the commercial refund policy and is not automatically capped at 10 credits.

If you expressly request service to begin during that period, the law may allow a proportionate charge for service actually supplied before withdrawal. A service withdrawal right may end after full performance only where the required prior express consent and acknowledgment have been obtained. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, different conditions apply to loss of withdrawal rights when supply begins; any required consent, acknowledgment and confirmation must be given for that actual purchase.

A checkbox on a demonstration, visiting a page, an account signup, a preselected choice or a success URL is not a blanket waiver. Rights concerning defective, misdescribed or undelivered service remain. Additional local rights and longer periods resulting from legally inadequate withdrawal information are preserved.

07Information needed for a request

Request a refund or statutory withdrawal using the monitored support email or the Billing and refunds subject on the enabled contact form. Give your purchase email, transaction reference, purchase date, plan and a short explanation. A model withdrawal notice appears below and can be copied into your message; using it is optional.

The operator checks usage and payment records rather than asking you to send confidential source documents. Necessary identity checks must be proportionate. Do not send a full card number, security code, password or banking login. Keep the processor receipt and any correspondence while the issue is unresolved.

Contact and support

08Review and payment of an approved refund

An enabled support service aims to acknowledge a request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days after receiving the necessary information. If more investigation is needed, support explains why and provides an update. Mandatory legal deadlines take priority.

For a valid statutory withdrawal where the applicable rules require it, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within 14 days after the withdrawal notice, subject to any lawful conditions. Other approved commercial refunds are submitted to the original payment processor within five business days of approval. Refunds ordinarily use the original payment method without a refund-handling fee.

Bank or payment-provider posting time is separate from the operator’s submission time and may vary; no exact bank-settlement date is guaranteed. Any exchange-rate difference is explained where relevant, and taxes are corrected in accordance with the transaction and applicable requirements.

09Access, data, disputes, and updates

A full refund may end access to the refunded paid period. Cancellation, deletion and any legally required billing-record retention remain governed by the Terms and Privacy Policy. A refund cannot remove spreadsheets already downloaded to your device.

You may use lawful payment disputes or complain to a regulator; this policy does not require you to surrender those rights. Later changes do not silently reduce rights attached to a completed purchase. The version and date accepted at purchase should be retained with the transaction record.

10Optional model withdrawal notice

To the operator and support contact identified above: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: [service and plan]. Ordered on: [date]. Order or transaction reference: [reference]. Consumer name: [name]. Consumer address, where required: [address]. Date of notice: [date]. A signature is needed only if this notice is sent on paper.

Replace the bracketed instructions with your own transaction details. These are fields in an optional consumer request template, not invented company information. Do not include card credentials or confidential documents.
